The bright room (26 sqm, two windows) is part of a large apartment (155 sqm) on the 3rd floor (elevator)of a building constructed already in ther last century. The room is fully furnished with modern furniture; in case you like to bring a small chest of drawers or similar certainly there still is enough space.
The room has an oiled parquet floor and is heated with a single gas stove.
The eat-in kitchen has an additional pantry and a small south-facing balcony overlooking the courtyard. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you only need to bring your favorite cup.
Bathroom and toilet are separate. Cellar compartment and bicycle cellar can be shared.
Central location in preferred residential area, near Isartor.
Very good transport links with S / U-Bahn, streetcar and bus. To the main station it is 10 min and to the airport 35 min by S-Bahn.
The Isar parks for jogging and swimming and many interesting places in the vicinity (Viktualienmarkt, museums, theater, cinema, restaurants, pubs) as well as a wide range of shopping facilities are within easy walking distance.
There are public parking spaces for residents.
We are looking for a female professional, preferably in the middle years, who has her workplace outside the apartment.
If our new flatmate is working in the social, educational, or health sector we have points of connection, otherwise we are simply curious to learn something new.
We are WG-experienced, our conversation is currently in German, English, Spanish and Italian. We would be happy to adjust to one of these languages again.
We prefer vegetarian food and our interests are our profession, culture, politics, various sports activities, social engagement and traveling.
Professionally and privately we are rather much on the road, nevertheless up for a chat over a glass of wine in the kitchen or on the balcony. When time and common interest are available, which has been quite often so far, we enjoy cooking and eating together, go hiking or biking in the foothills of the Alps or visit a cultural event.
We take care of cleanliness and order ourselves and instead of a cleaning schedule, a cleaning lady comes regularly.

Even though remote working is quite common, we are looking forward to a flatmate who doesn't have to use her room as a workplace, but rather as a place to relax and feel at home.
