Wohnung befindet sich im 4 OG, ohne Aufzug. Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit Tisch, Stuhl, Schrank, Bettwäsche, WLAN in ruhiger, heller Altbauwohnung (ca. 115 m2). Gemeinsame Nutzung: großes Wohnzimmer, Wohnküche, Bad (Badewanne, Waschmaschine), separates WC.

I (f/62) am looking for a temporary roommate - mid of April until max. end of September - for a furnished room (approx. 19 m2) in a quiet, central location in Schwabing. The house has a small garden, the apartment is on the 4th floor, without elevator. The room is furnished with table, chair, wardrobe, bed linen, WLAN in a quiet, bright old building apartment (approx. 115 m2). Shared use: large living room, eat-in kitchen, bathroom (bathtub, washing machine), separate WC.

U-Bahn U3/Bonner Platz, Supermärkte, Gemüseladen, Drogerie, Bäckerei, Metzgerei zu Fuß 2
