It is a beautiful room of around 28 sq Metres with a beautiful balcony and a lot of sunlight during the day. It is available for a short duration.
It has a bed, couch, TV, and a big table and you can use it for working from home along with an additional screen and an office chair.
Duration - 15th November to 31st January (2.5 months)
Rent is 800 Per month including everything and a deposit of 1200 Euros
The room is very friendly and bright. A large window and balcony allows a lot of light to fall in and you can enjoy your day in the balcony.
The kitchen is well equipped and offers plenty of space (even when cooking together). There is also a table where two or three could sit.
In the hallway there is enough space for your shoes (shoe cabinet: 1 meter wide and 1.80 high)

You will stay with two other Indians. Both of them are working and are super friendly. We often do things together and you can easily feel at home.
We are looking for a clean person who can live harmoniously with others.
We have a cleaning schedule and you are expected to follow it.
