Hallo :) ich vermiete ein schönes Zimmer in meiner 3-Zimmer-Wohnung befristet vom 15.12.-30.1.2025, wahrscheinlich auch länger, unter. Das Zimmer ist hell und ruhig und voll möbliert. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig, hat ein schönes großes Bad und einen sehr großen Wohnzimmer-Bereich mit offener Küche. Zudem gibt es im Wohnzimmer eine gemütliche Couch und einen großen Fernsehen. Die Küche ist auch voll ausgestattet mit Spühlmaschine, Kaffemaschine, Milchschäumer und alles was man so im Alltag braucht ;) Der Preis ist für die 4 Wochen. In der Wohnung sind von meinem ehemaligen Mitbewohner einige Fitness Geräte, so dass man auch gut in der Wohnung Sport machen kann.

Hey there :) I'm subletting my beautiful room in my 3-room apartment in the period at least 15.12-15.1.2025, likely to be extended. The room is bright and quiet and fully furnished. The apartment is very spacious, has a nice big bathroom and a large living room area with open kitchen. In addition, there is a comfortable couch and a large television in the living room. The kitchen is also fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, milk frother and everything you need in everyday life ;) the price is for the four week sublet. In the apartment are some fitness equipment from my former roommate, so its easy to do some workout at home, too :)
Die Wohnung liegt Mitten in Schwabing neben Hohenzollernplatz und Kurfürstenplatz und ist damit perfekt an U-Bahn und Tram angebunden. Man ist schnell im Luitpoldpark, Olympiapark und auch im Englischen Garten. In der Nähe gibt es viele schöne Cafés und Restaurants sowie Bars in der nahegelegenen Maxvorstadt.

The apartment is located in the mid of Schwabing next to Hohenzollernplatz and Kurfürstenplatz and is therefore perfectly connected to the subway and tram. You can quickly get to Luitpoldpark, Olympiapark and also the English Garden. There are many nice cafes and restaurants nearby as well as bars in nearby Maxvorstadt.
Das WG-Leben kann flexibel gestaltet werden. Dein Mitbewohner (Sebastian) ist sehr aktiv, reist viel und macht gerne Sport. Er ist viel unterwegs, sodass Du auch Zeit für dich haben wirst. Anonsten kann man bei Bedarf gemeinsamen Kochen oder Filme anschauen etc. :)
Wir freuen uns über eine*n Zwischenmieter*in mit einer weltoffenen Einstellung, der/die eine ähnliches Bedürfnis an gemeinsamer Zeit vs. Zeit für sich hat und auch schon die ein oder andere WG-Erfahrung hat.

The flat-sharing life can be arranged flexibly. Your roommate (Sebastian) is very active, travels a lot and likes to do sports. He is on the road a lot, so you might also have time for yourself. Otherwise its possible to share time in the living room together or watch movies etc. :)
We are looking forward to an intermediate tenant with a cosmopolitan attitude, who has some previous experience living in shared apartment.
