Hey zussamen 🫂 da ich für eine kleine aber feine Auszeit ins Ausland gehe würde ich gerne versuchen mein mein Zimmer unter zu vermieten.
In der Miete von 500 € ist wirklich alles enthalten. Der ÖPNV ist 2 Minuten entfernt und ein Bus zum Bahnhof fährt alle 10 Minuten. Bis zur Stadt sind es mit dem Fahrrad 5 Minuten genauso wie bis zum Aasee. Die Wohnung hat einen Altbaucharme also hohe Decken, große Fenster und außerdem ein Wohnzimmer eine Küche und zwei super liebe Mitbewohnerinnen. 🌸 Auch ein Garten zur Mitbenutzung steht zur Verfügung was im Sommer super ist. 🪩
Ich bin etwss flexibel mit dem Zeitraum, also schreib mir einfach :)
Ansonsten lasse ich mein Zimmer möbiliert 👆🏼
