Hallo. Ich suche für die Zweizimmerwohnung eine Mitbewohnerin (Frau) für 6 Monate oder ev. kürzer oder länger. Das Zimmer ist 20 qm mit Holzfußboden und möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch usw.). Die Küche ist voll eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und einen Balkon zur Mitbenutzung. Die Miete liegt bei 400,- Euro (all in) ohne Kaution. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Geistviertel, Bus 5 min und zum Bahnhof 15 min. Ich bin 53 berufstätig, koche gern, fahre Fahrrad, mache Sport. Bin sehr offen und lustig. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn wir zusammen kochen, quatschen und einfach vom anderen etwas mitbekommen. Meine Zimmertür ist fast immer für Euch auf.Das Zimmer ist ab 15.9 frei.
