Grüne Lage im RHW - Internationals welcome

Die Wohnung liegt für Studenten echt perfekt. Man ist sehr nah am Leonardo-Campus und damit auch an den Sportanlagen. Die Naturwissenschaften und alle anderen Einrichtungen um die Mensa am Ring sind in etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen, und eine Busanbindung liegt direkt vor der Haustür.
Was mir besonders gefällt, ist, dass man direkt vor der Haustür schöne Spazierwege in die Felder hat und eben nicht direkt im Innenstadttrubel steckt.
Nur Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind leider etwas weiter weg.

The apartment is really perfect for students. It is very close to the Leonardo Campus and therefore to the sports facilities. The science departments and all other facilities around the Mensa am Ring are about 10 minutes away by bike, and there is a bus connection right in front of the house.
What I particularly like is that there are nice walking paths into the fields right outside, so you're not directly in the hustle and bustle of the city center.
Unfortunately, grocery stores are a bit further away.

Zu mir: Ich bin Matthias (25) und studiere aktuell Physik im Master. Ich bin eine recht ruhige Person, die sich gerne abends in der Küche verquatscht. Dabei verspreche ich, nicht nur über Physik zu reden.
Ich bin recht naturverliebt und gehe gerne mal am Wochenende spontan wandern oder mache Fahrradtouren. Außerdem probiere ich oft neue Sportarten aus. Aktuell hänge ich besonders an Schnüffelspielen und Jugger, aber auch an Bouldern, Tauchen und Badminton.
Letztlich bin ich noch ein riesiger Gesellschaftsspiele-Fan und habe da gerne ab und zu Leute da.
Partys und Feiern gehen sind weniger meine Welt.

Das WG-Leben war bisher recht gemütlich. Klar hatte jeder sein eigenes Leben, aber man hat sich doch oft in der Küche getroffen und wenn man zuhause gearbeitet hat, stand meist die Zimmertür über den kurzen Flur offen.

Mir ist Sauberkeit in der Wohnung sehr wichtig, weswegen wir einen wöchentlichen Putzplan haben. Aber auch so Dinge wie das Abwischen des Tisches nach dem Essen sollte selbstverständlich sein.

About me: I am Matthias (25) and I am currently studying for a master's degree in physics. I am a rather quiet person who enjoys chatting in the kitchen in the evenings. I promise not to talk only about physics.
I am quite nature-loving and like to go hiking spontaneously on weekends or take bike tours. I also often try out new sports. Currently, I am particularly into "Schnüffelspiele" and Jugger, but also bouldering, diving, and badminton.
Finally, I am a huge board game fan and like to have people over from time to time.
Parties and clubbing are not really my thing.

Life in the shared apartment has been quite cozy so far. Of course, everyone had their own life, but we often met in the kitchen, and when working from home, the door to our rooms was usually open across the short hallway.

Cleanliness in the apartment is very important to me, which is why we have a weekly cleaning schedule. But things like wiping the table after eating should also be a given.

Das Bett, samt Matratze und Lattenrost, müsste übernommen werden für 200 €. Dazu kommen ein paar Anschaffungen in der Küche für etwa 50 €.

WG-Castings finden nächste Woche am Dienstag und Mittwoch den ganzen Tag über statt.

Stell dich in deiner Nachricht ruhig persönlich vor und wenn du bis hierhin gelesen hast, verrate mir mal, wo du als nächstes Urlaub machen würdest, wenn du keinerlei Einschränkungen hättest.

Oh und das Thema Gender ist bei mir gerade etwas unklar, dahingehend solltest du also recht offen sein.

The bed, including the mattress and slatted frame, would need to be taken over for 200 €. Additionally, there are a few kitchen items for about 50 €.

The roommate castings will take place all day next Tuesday and Wednesday.
