Das Zimmer ist aufgrund der großen Fenster sehr hell. Es ist mit einem großen Schreibtisch, einem 1,40m Bett und einem großen Kleiderschrank ausgestattet.
Der Mietpreis von 400€ ist inkl. Strom, Internet GEZ und allem, was es sonst noch gibt. Vermietung von Anfang August '24 bis Ende Februar/Mitte März '25
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Nebenstraße der Wolbecker. Daher gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe viele Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen und auch leckeres Essen. Auch der Kanal ist in fußläufiger Nähe. Der Hawerkamp ist ebenfalls nicht zu weit entfernt :)
Zum Bahnhof braucht man zu Fuß ca. 5 Minuten. Zur ULB braucht man mit dem Fahrrad ca. 10 Minuten.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Emily und Julian.
Emily ist 23 Jahre alt, studiert Geschichte und Englisch auf Lehramt und spielt in ihrer Freizeit Fußball.
Julian ist 21 Jahre alt und studiert im 5. Semester Jura. In seiner Freizeit ist er unter anderem als Fußballschiedsrichter aktiv.
Abends bestellen wir uns gerne mal Pizza (oder alles andere) und schauen eine Serie oder spielen Wizard.
Die Wohnung hat eine voll ausgestattet Küche. Zudem gibt es einen schönen Balkon auf dem wir ab und zu auch grillen und auch noch einen privaten Kellerraum mit einer Waschmaschine.
