Hello future temporary tenant! I am looking someone to take my room from the 2nd of October to the 21st of November 2024.
My room is about 21m2. It is very bright with two big windows, perfect to feel good! I have few plants to make it nicer and it would cool if you could take care of them when I am away. There will be plenty of space to put your stuff when you move in. Most important there is comfortable double bed and a guitar you can use if you like.
The apartment is at the second floor of a rather old building but it is at 100m of the lake to enjoy a nice walk. There is everything needed such as fridge, dish washer and washing machine. We also have my cool vinyl player that you could use if you like! Bathroom has a bathtub and toilet, nothing really special.
About me, I am Jules a little Frenchie who landed in Germany but you will be living with my housemate Mario a very easy going Mexican working mainly remotely for a company in Düsseldorf. In the flat, we like to cook together when agenda allows and have a nice chat. Our ultimate goal is to create a nice atmosphere in the flat where everyone find their peace sharing some delicious vegan food for example :)
The mindset of the flat is « keep cool and respectful » if you feel that’s the vibe you are into then write a little something about you and maybe I will invite you for a visit.
