The room faces the south with a large window front and is almost square in shape.
There are a total of 3 rooms in the house itself, with the ground floor being occupied by the landlady and the upper floor by a very nice older lady.
This makes it nice and quiet in the house, you can also use the garden behind the house and there is a garage for your bikes and of course ,we also have a cellar compartment.
There is also a washing machine and dryer in the apartment.
The apartment is located on Grevener Str. near Gut Kinderjaus and therefore on the outer border of Kinderhaus. Behind the house there is a forest where you can go for a nice walk and spend your free time.
Shops can be reached by bike in 3 minutes.
You can either go to the city in 15 minutes by bike (just up Grevener Str.) or 20 minutes by bus number 15 (Kristiansandstr.).
The indoor swimming pool and library, ice cream parlor, pastry shop, etc. can also be reached within 3 minutes by bike.
You would live with a female and a male, our other flatemate is moving out so we are looking for a new flatmate.
Hi, I'm Sagar, I work as a software developer in Altenberge. I am a pretty punctual person who's into health and fitness (also a good guide if you need fitness tips and tricks:p). I also like to cook food and I try to keep it as simple as possible but healthy as well. I used to take part in sports competitions during my bachelor's and that's how I got into fitness. If you are looking for a trek or travel buddy, I think I fit good. I always enjoy trekking and going on new adventures. When it comes to my room, I prefer my stay/room clean and tidy. I sometimes will be working from my laptop (WFH), hence I like to keep the place quite in the day and as clean as possible.

Our flatmate is looking to sell some items to the incoming tenant. (The room was originally unfurnished and empty.) The price of all the listed items is €350. The items include a table and office chair, a storage shelf, a comfortable mattress, a bed, a mobile wall to hang things, and a carpet
