Dieses Zimmer ist mit einem 120 cm breiten Bett, einem Nachttisch, einer Sitzbank, einem Kleiderständer, einem Schreibtisch und einem Schreibtischstuhl ausgestattet. Das Bettzeug ist nicht inbegriffen. An das Zimmer schließt sich ein Flur an, an dem die Küche, dann das Bad und schließlich das andere Zimmer liegen.

The room connects to a hallway, along which the bathroom, then kitchen, and lastly, the other room are situated.
🇩🇪 Das Haus liegt zwischen dem Ring und dem Wienberg Park in der Nachbarschaft von, du hast es erraten, Wienburg.
Wir sind eine Minute zu Fuß vom Ring entfernt, an dem du Anschluss an die Buslinien 33/34 hast, oder du kannst ein Stück weiter laufen, um die Buslinien 8, 6, E8 und N82 zu erreichen. Edeka ist 3 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt und das York Center liegt 5 Minuten in der entgegengesetzten Richtung. Die Nordseite der Altstadt/Promenade ist zu Fuß in etwa 10 Minuten zu erreichen, mit dem Fahrrad in 3 Minuten.
In der Nachbarschaft gibt es eine Bäckerei, eine Drogerie und eine Bierbrauerei. Die Kanalstraße, die nur einen Block entfernt ist, bietet mehr Möglichkeiten zum Essen und für andere Dienstleistungen.
🇬🇧 Set between the Ring and Wienberg Park, the house is in the neighborhood of, you guessed it, Wienburg.
We are one minute walking from the Ring, on which you can connect to the 33/34 bus or you can walk a bit further to reach the 8, 6, E8, and N82 buses. Edeka (grocer) is 3 min away by bike and York Center is 5 min in the opposite direction. It takes about 10 min to get to the north side of old town/Promenade by foot, or about 3 min by bike.
There is a bakery, a drugstore, and a beer brewery in the neighborhood. Kanalstr., which is one block away, offers more options for dining and other services.
🇩🇪 Ich reise für die Wintersaison nach der Heimat.
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist Mariana, 27, eine Pianistin aus Portugal. Sie ist sehr beschäftigt mit ihrer Arbeit, ihrem Studium und ihrem sozialen Leben. Unsere WG ist veggie/vegan und wir fühlen uns am wohlsten, wenn es so bleibt :)
Als Mitbewohner sind wir ziemlich unkompliziert. Wir legen Wert darauf, den Freiraum und den Zeitplan der anderen Person zu respektieren und versuchen generell kommunikativ zu sein. Das würden wir auch von einem*er zukünftigen Mitbewohner*in erwarten. Es ist sehr wichtig, die Wohnung sauber und ordentlich zu halten, aber das bedeutet nicht, dass man in der Eile kein Geschirr in der Spüle stehen lassen darf.

My roommate is Mariana, 27, a pianist from Portugal. She keeps busy between work, her studies, and her social life. Our WG is veggie/vegan and we are most comfortable when it stays that way :)
As roommates, we're pretty uncomplicated. We value respect for the other person's space and schedule and generally try to be communicative. We would expect the same from a future roommate. Keeping the apartment clean and tidy is very important, but that doesn't mean that you can't leave a dish in the sink when in a rush.
