Gemäß den Anforderungen des Vermieters und um das Gleichgewicht im Wohnheim aufrechtzuerhalten, muss die nächste Mieterin ein Mädchen unter 30 Jahren sein.
Um hier wohnen zu können, brauchen Sie eine Haftpflichtversicherung (kostet ca. 50 Euro pro Jahr) und eine nachgewiesene Einkommensquelle (Jobcenter ist auch gut)
