Wir haben vom 17.Februar bis Ende Juli (und eventuell auch im August) ein Zimmer frei!
Das Zimmer ist ca 14 qm groß, inklusive einer Hochebene. Es ist ruhig, sehr hell, hat Dielenboden und ein großes Fenster zum Garten heraus. Da es eine Zwischenmiete ist, werden die Möbel und Matraze in der Zeit dort bleiben.

We have a room available from February 17th until the end of July (and possibly also in August)!
The room is about 14 square meters, including a mezzanine. It is quiet, very bright, has floorboards and a large window overlooking the garden. As it is a temporary rental, the furniture and mattress will remain there during this time.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, wenn man aus der Haustür geht schaut man direkt aufs Schloss.
Bis zum Hauptbahnhof sind es zu Fuß ca 15 Minuten, eine Bushaltestelle ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt.
The apartment is very centrally located, when you walk out of the front door you have a direct view of the castle.
The main train station is a 15-minute walk away, and a bus stop is only 3 minutes away.
Wir leben zu siebt seit ca 1,5 Jahren gemeinsam in dieser Wohnung und mögen uns sehr gern, d.h. es ist definitv keine Zweck WG. Wir teilen die meisten Dinge des Alttags miteinander, kochen öfters zusammen und gehen auch gemeinsam aus oder zu Veranstaltungen.
Da wir alle gewisse politische Grundeinstellung vertreten, ist es uns wichtig zu sagen dass wir keinerlei Rassismus, Homophobie, Transfeindlichkeit oder ähnliche Scheisse dulden!
Seven of us have been living together in this apartment for about 1.5 years and we really like each other, so it's definitely not a purpose-built flat share. We share most of our everyday life with each other, often cook together and also go out together or to events.
As we all have certain political views, it is important for us to say that we do not tolerate racism, homophobia, transphobia or similar bullshit!
Wir können leider keinen offiziellen Mietvertrag über den Hausbesitzer erstellen.
Schreibt uns gern eine Nachricht! und keine Sorge wenn keine schnelle Antwort kommt, bei sieben Leuten dauert es leider ein wenig bis wir uns zurückmelden.
Da es sich nur um eine Zwischenmiete handelt, schreib gern etwas zum Zeitraum in deine Nachricht, dann wissen wir was dein Plan ist und dass du weißt worauf du dich einlässt :)
