We offer a room of approx. 13 square meters in Neu-Isenburg with bed and desk, Highspeed internet. The room has 2 large windows with a view to the garden. .
On the same floor there is a restroom and the bathroom with bathtub, which is also used by my two children. There is also a fully equipped kitchen on this floor, which we currently use as a utility room (washing machine and dryer).
The house is located in the north of Neu-Isenburg approx. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop and streetcar stop Frankfurt/Stadtgrenze. There is a large shopping center, many restaurants etc. in Neu-Isenburg.
Frankfurt Central Station is 15 minutes away. Frankfurt Airport is 25 minutes away.
Who are we? We are a small family with two great boys (14 and 11 years), a full-time working 100% single father, 2 chickens and hopefully soon a dog. The kids play tennis, guitar and soccer, we are avid skiers, we love travelling (USA (east and west coast) and Spain (Andalusia)).
What do we expect? You should speak English as a native language or at least at C1 level. Other languages such as Spanish or (Brazilian) Portuguese are an advantage. You should enjoy working with children and spend at least 5 hours a week speaking and practicing English with them (checking homework, practicing for tests etc). You should be an enrolled student and send a short resume. We are a smoke-free household, legal drugs such as coffee or the occasional beer are okay ;-), overnight guests may be possible by arrangement.
The rental is initially limited to the winter semester (until 31.03.2025).
