Im Bad sind Dusche, Wanne und WC vorhanden. Es gibt noch ein separates Gäste- WC. Es handelt sich um eine bestehende WG. Im Moment wohnen dort eine Student aus Uganda und ein indischer Werkstudent.

Die Zimmer befinden sich in einem Zweifamilienhaus in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße auf dem Lande. Von den Zimmern hat man einen schönen Ausblick über Felder hinweg zu einem Wald oder Berg. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 900 m entfernt. Allerdings fährt der Bus nur einige Male am Tag. Die FH in Kamp-Lintfort ist 5 km entfernt. In dem kleinen Ort gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Fahrrad steht zur Verfügung.
The rooms are located in a two-family house in a quiet residential street in the countryside. From the rooms you have a beautiful view over fields to a forest or mountain. The nearest bus stop is 900 metres away. However, the bus only runs a few times a day. The FH in Kamp-Lintfort is 5 km away. There are no shopping facilities in the small town. We have a bicycle for you.
Die Wohnung wurde bis Anfang 2023 von einer älteren Dame bewohnt. Die Zimmer wurden renoviert und teilweise mit neuen Möbeln ausgestattet. Die Wohnung war noch nie vermietet und die WG müsste sich neu gründen. Sie soll nur an Studenten bzw. Studentinnen oder Auszubildende vermietet werden. Ein Zimmer ist bereits an eine Studentin vermietet.
The flat was occupied by an elderly lady until the beginning of 2023. The rooms were renovated and partly furnished with new furniture. The flat has never been rented out and the flat share would have to be newly formed. It should only be rented to students or trainees. One room has already been let to a student.
