Note: The room can be shared with 2 people for 350 euro each.
The room is fully furnished, including a bed, closet, desk, a tv with cable, and chairs. There is also a private bathroom for the room with a washing machine. The kitchen contains essential utensils and equipment, including a shared refrigerator, coffee maker, frying pans, pots and silverware, a dishwasher, and a drying machine.
The apartment is located near Neumünster Hbf, from which you can easily travel to Kiel in 20 minutes, or Hamburg in 50 minutes. These trains come about every 30 minutes for most of the day. There is a bus stop within 4 minutes walking of the apartment directly to the town center and other shopping centers, including Aldi, Penny, Edeka, and Rewe.
The current flatmates are two students studying in Kiel. Tenants are only required to keep the communal spaces clean and tidy.
