🏠Our house has 3 rooms, 1 person in each. It counts with 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room to eat. You have like a garden at the back of the house.
You have Aldi, Rewe and Eneka at only 7 minutes by walk and you also have many other stores near by.
The townhall to do the registration is also less than 10 minutes from the house.
Bus stop at 50 meters, and within 5 minutes walking you have another bus station and metro is less than 10 minutes by walk.
We are looking for a clean and responsable person. I work 8-10 hours and I also study 3 hours each day so we will be glad to have someone who has an schedule as well.
We have some basic ground rules as I mentioned before which is basically to clean up the kitchen after you use it.
I am currently working from 8am to 6-8pm. You can still contact me and I will get back to you as soon as possible. I currently have a roomate that is studying for some exams so he is at the house and he is available to show the house and the rooms if I am not reachable.
