Hallöchen, da ich nächstes Semester nicht in NP sein werde, möchte ich mein Zimmer gern untervermieten an jemanden, der vielleicht erstmal hier ankommen möchte, bevor er sich für ein endgültiges Domizil entscheidet :-)
In der WG verbleiben eine pflegeleichte Mitbewohnerin, die ab Oktober Hebamme studiert und zwischen UKRB und Uni in Berlin pendelt, und eine 5-Jährige kleine Hündin, die sich über Aufmerksamkeit und Streicheleinheiten freut. In der Wohnung findest Du alles was Du brauchst und lebst im Zentrum der Stadt. 15 min. mit Uni/zum Krankenhaus. Unsere WG ist entspannt, aber solidarisch und hier wird viel gelacht, es ist aber auch voll okay, mal einen Tag im Zimmer zu chillen.
Es wäre fantastisch, wenn Du Hunde magst und weißt, wie man einen Schwamm bedient, ansonsten sind wir für alle offen :-)
Direkt im Zentrum, 10 min zum See, 20 min zur Uni
Meine Mitbewohnerin beginnt ab Oktober ihr Studium zur Hebamme und hat eine kleine, sehr liebe Hündin. Zusammen kochen und Spiele-Abende sind genauso okay wie mal im Zimmer für sich sein, also eher keine Party-WG :-)
