The apartment has 3 HUGE (king-sized) bedrooms, a fairly large living/dining room, 3 full bathrooms, in-unit laundry, and a full kitchen with a dishwasher. The entire apartment has just been gut-renovated with brand new appliances and hardwood floors. The living/dining room will be fully furnished (not reflected in photos as I am not moved in just yet), and the kitchen will be fully stocked with most standard cooking equipment and plates/glasses/mugs, though there is enough storage space if you would like to bring your own items for the kitchen.
Room for rent in a cozy and very clean apartment, furnished, air/c , desk for any kind of computer, internet included, electricity .

Located in the quiet and residential area of Manhattan, New York, near Grocery stores, laundromat, restaurants, gym and retail shops all nearby within a few blocks. Train and bus within a few blocks. Near to station is 4 minutes away by walking. Free street level parking is available in the surrounding area.The 1 train is 3 blocks away and the C is also walking distance. There are 2 grocery stores, 2 banks, a dollar store, pharmacy, coffee shops, and some restaurants only a few blocks away. Riverbank park is also a couple of blocks away and really nice. This is a quiet and family-oriented area, but is only a few blocks away from really great bars and restaurants.
I'm a very social and outgoing person, definitely the type who likes to try new things, go out, and have friends over sometimes (not throwing any crazy parties though, or having big gatherings without discussing it first). I'm generally pretty laid back and very respectful. I often stay up late, but I'm not loud about it. Looking for someone with a good zest for life but who's still fairly clean and respectful.
I am very easy to get along with considering the aforementioned requirements. I am open to compromise and negotiations in an effort to sustain a peaceful and harmonious co-habitat. I enjoy cooking, video games and movies. I don't ask for much just a considerate individual who is respectful and I would be the same.
