Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer Zweiraum-
wohnung. Küche mit allem was man braucht.
Bad mit Dusche, Waschmaschine, sauber und
Hygienisch einwandfrei.
Wohnung liegt im 2. OG ohne Fahrstuhl
Kosten: 330€ (Strom, Wasser,
Nebenkosten alles enthalten) kommen keine
weiteren Kosten hinzu. Größe vom Zimmer kann
ich grad nicht sagen, aber es ist ausreichend :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer super
Lage, 10min zum Hbf und 15min in die
Stadt. Supermärkte sind alle fast vor der
Tür, sowie die Straßenbahn.... .. .. .. .. .. .... ..

Jetzt bisschen zu mir. Ich bin 22 Jahre, komme
ursprünglich aus Berlin wohne aber seit Sep.
13 in Nürnberg. Bin Altenpflege Schüler und
muss deswefen auch früh das Haus verlassen,
das sollte dir nicht stören.
Ich suche einen neuen Mitbewohner oder
Mitbewohnerin da mein jetziger Mitbewohner
am 25.3.15 auszieht. Wichtig, ich will keine Zwecks
WG.
Bei interesse schreibt mir einfach eine Mail und
schaut euch das Zimmer einfach an und macht
