As Mira is leaving the apartment we are searching for a new flatmate from the start of April.
Although the room is quite small the bunk bed setup is perfect for it and Mira is searching for someone who would take some of the furtinetures in the room and usually everyone who lived here just resell it to the next housemate.
The room has a wonderful view of the inner garden and the windows are soundproof as the whole apartment was renovated in 2015.
The apartment is straight in front of Holzgartenstrasse Tram Stop and in 7 minutes you can get to Hbf Nürnberg, or you can walk 3 minutes or after one tram stop you can get to the nearest bus stop (Platz d. Opfer d. Faschismus) and get the 36 to Rathenauplatz and the WiSo or get easily to Dokuzentrum.
There is an Edeka, Netto and a Rewe to go by the tank station 300 meters from the apartment and Lidl is also a 5 minutes walk away.
The parking in wodanstrasse is free and usually you can find a place either in front of the apartment or nearby.
There is also a courtyard inside for the garbage and you can park your bike there and not leave it out in the streets 😉

Hey I'm Alessandro, I moved already to Germany for my bachelor in Ravensburg and now I'm continuing my studying with a master wirstchaftsingenieurwesen (industrial Eng.) at the FAU. I go on hiking or travelling, as well as a big motorsport fan. The best thing I enjoy is trying whatever Carolina backed, as I'm good at cooking but not at baking 😁
We are all easy going and we usually try and cook or do things together, especially now that we have a new electric grill on the balcony 🤌
