A badass room in Nürnberg Maxfeld directly at the Stadtpark will be free from the 1st of May (ideally already earlier) as I will move out to my own place.
Your room would be about 24m^2 and very bright at it has high ceilings and 3 big windows. I am planning to take all my furniture with me but in case you'd like to buy something off me, just let me know and we can talk about it :)
The apartment itself is about 110m^2, with a fully equipped kitchen, stove, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator & a washing machine. Toilet is separated from the huge bathroom and our flat has a living room where we like to spend some time together in the evenings.
The rent is 390€ incl. all additional costs.
Our apartment is located in Maxfeld, directly at the Stadtpark and just 2 walking minutes to Rennweg (U2) and Maxfeld (U3). Just next door is a bakery and around the corner are several really nice cafés & restaurants like L'Osteria & Café Wohlleben. The city center and old town can be reached within 15 walking minutes :)
Who are your flatmates?
You would live with two good friends of mine.
First there's my babe Anna (25) who studies Biology and Mathematics to become a teacher. She is a very honest and direct person and extremely convincing when it's about having a few glasses of wine at the park or watching the NFL.
Then there is Steffen (26) who just finished his Masters and is only at home on the weekends. Besides being one of the smartest guys I've ever met, he makes great coffee and the best burgers ever!
I really like both of them so it's very important to me to find someone for my room who would "replace me in a good way" :)
