Hello there,
I will be leaving the appartement as of 01.12.2022, and therefore am looking for someone to take over the tenancy.
The bedroom is 14m2, with a double bed, a desk and chair and wardrobe. It is a bright room with two nice big windows. The ceiling light has a remote to it in order to adjust the brightness.
The appartement is situated in Nordbahnhof, close to Thon. Public transport is situated not far away, only 5min walk max (S-Bahn & bus stop).
The flat is shared between 4 people. You would be sharing with 3 other people during that short period stay.
Everyone respects each others space and materials.
The flat has an all equiped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge) and also has a nice big bathroom with a bath.
You will be able to do you washing as there is also a washing machine.
The flat is also equipped with Wi-Fi (additional cost of 10€)
