Since I’m thinking of moving to another city, I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely, spacious room, which is approximately 20m² and fully furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, and mirror (The items on the balcony are mine). The room is bright and includes a balcony, and the rent covers all bills.
Additionally, the apartment has a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven and a TV for your convenience.
City registration is of course possible.

Da ich darüber nachdenke, in eine andere Stadt zu ziehen, suche ich jemanden, der mein schönes, geräumiges Zimmer übernimmt, das etwa 20 m² groß und vollständig mit einem Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank und Spiegel möbliert ist (Die Sachen auf dem Balkon gehören mir). Das Zimmer ist hell und hat einen Balkon, und die Miete deckt alle Nebenkosten ab.
Zusätzlich verfügt die Wohnung über eine Waschmaschine, eine Spülmaschine, einen Backofen und einen Fernseher für deinen Komfort.
Anmeldung bei der Stadt ist selbstverständlich möglich.
It's really central:
• 2 minutes walk to Bucher Straße/Nordring tram stop, many buses pass right in front of the house.
• 35-40 minutes to the Technical Faculty in Erlangen, 15-20 minutes to WISO. Although I live in Nürnberg, I haven't had any problems commuting to Erlangen every day.
• 2 minutes walk to Norma, 10 minutes to Aldi and Penny.

Es ist wirklich zentral:
• 2 Minuten zu Fuß zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle Bucher Straße/Nordring, viele Busse fahren direkt vor dem Haus.
• 35-40 Minuten zur Technischen Fakultät in Erlangen, 15-20 Minuten nach Nürnberg WISO. Obwohl ich in Nürnberg lebe, hatte ich keine Probleme, jeden Tag nach Erlangen zu pendeln.
• 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu Norma, 10 Minuten zu Aldi und Penny.
The apartment has a total of 4 residents with me, creating a calm and friendly environment.

In der WG wohnen mit mir insgesamt 4 Bewohner, sodass eine ruhige und freundliche Atmosphäre herrscht.
The moving date is set for 01.12.24, but there is a possibility of postponement since I am also looking for a flat. Those interested can contact me via DM. :)
