Da ich aus Nürnberg wegziehe, überlasse ich mein Zimmer zur Untervermietung. Das Zimmer ist hell und sehr groß. Es verfügt über einen Wohn- und einen Schlafbereich, vier große Fenster, viel Licht und einen Balkon. Das Zimmer kann leer gemietet werden, aber ich würde sonst den Kleiderschrank, das Bett und ein kleines Bücherregal stehen lassen.
Die Wohnung verfügt über drei weitere Schlafzimmer, einen großen Flur, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und drei Badezimmer. Es gibt auch eine gut funktionierende Waschmaschine.
As I move away from Nuremberg, I leave my room to sublet. The room is bright and very big. It has a living room area and a sleeping area, four large windows, lots of light and a balcony. The room can be rented empty, but I would otherwise leave the wardrobe, the bed and a small bookshelf.
The apartment has three more bedrooms, a large hallway, a fully equipped kitchen and three bathrooms. There is also a well-functioning washing machine.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Gegend, direkt neben dem Rathenauerplatz und 10 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind nur 2 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt (sowohl Bus als auch Metro). Sowohl der Flughafen als auch der Hauptbahnhof sind nur wenige Stationen entfernt. Die Wirtschaftswissenschaftliche Fakultät ist ebenfalls 5 Minuten entfernt.
In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es viele Supermärkte (Rewe, Edeka, Norma, Penny), Bars und Restaurants. Um Sport zu treiben oder einfach nur zu entspannen, gibt es gleich um die Ecke zwei große Parks. Ein Schwimmbad ist nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
The apartment is in a very nice and calm neighborhood, right next to Rathenauerplatz and 10 minutes waking from the city center. Public transports are only 2 minutes away from the apartment (both bus and metro). Both airport and central station are just a few stops away. The economics faculty is also 5 minutes away.
Near the house there is plenty of supermarkets (Rewe, Edeka, Norma, Penny), bars and restaurants. To do sport or just relax there are also two big parks just around the corner. A swimmingpool is only 15 mins on foot.
Du teilst dich die Wohnung mit Luisa (27), und Raul (26) die studieren BWL- und Sozialwissenschaften an den Universitäten in Nürnberg, und Franzi (27), die im Krankehaus arbeitet und ihre Doktorarbeit schreibt.
Sie sind sehr freundliche und respektvolle Mitbewohner.
Obwohl alle sehr beschäftigt sind, verbringen wir gerne Zeit miteinander, entweder um etwas zu kochen, etwas zu trinken oder Sport zu treiben.
You will share the flat with Luisa (27) and Raul (26), who both study business and social sciences at the Universities in Nuremberg, and Franzi (27) who works at the hospital and writes her doctoral thesis.
They are very kind and respectful flatmates.
Although everyone is quite busy, we enjoy sometimes spending time together, either cooking something, going out for a drink or doing sport.
