Ein Zimmer, das frei werden ist mit 22m² sehr groß und hell. Nachdem seine Möbel mitnehmen werden, sind das Zimmer unmöbliert. In der Wohnung ist sonst aber alles vorhanden. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Tische, Stühle, ...alles was man halt so braucht :).

As one of our former flat mates is moving out by the end of October we have a room available from either 20 October or 1st November. The room is 22m² big and bright. He will take his bedroom furniture so the bedroom will be unfurnished. But there's everything you need in the flat. Washing machine, dishwasher, ... KEINE ANRUFE NUR NACHRICHTEN!
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr zentralen Lage. Mit den Stationen Opernhaus und Plärrer, die in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar sind, ist die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sehr gut. Auch das Zentrum ist in 5-10min sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit Aldi und Rewe stehen auch sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung, die nur 3 Minuten entfernt sind.

The flat is in a central location. The public transport stations Opernhaus and Plärrer are within 5min walking distance. It only takes 5-10min to walk to the city center. For grocery shopping there are Aldi and Rewe nearby.
Kurz zu mir: Ich bin 28 und studiere International Business an der FAU im zweiten Mastersemester. Ich bin auf der Suche nach Mitbewohnern, mit denen man ab und zu auch etwas unternehmen kann.
