Hello, the flat consists of 3 rooms. Sublet of a room in my flat for 1-2 months (longer or shorter is possible depending the situation). The flat is a nice place to land in Nuremberg, so I am looking for a responsible and caring person to share the flat with, also when I am on travels.
It's an old flat but step by step modernized:
- fully furnished with washing machine and has a gas stove,
- well located in GoHo-West, between the stops Bärenschanze and Maximilianstraße,
- partly renovated in 2021, which mainly affects the living areas and new heating system.
- kitchen, bathroom and toilet are not, see pictures,
- with modern windows
- towels and sheets are available.
I love to meet new people all over the world, spend some time together and happy to help.
