Unsere 62qm große Erdgeschoss WG besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern, einer Küche, Bad, Balkon, Kellerraum, Waschraum, Dachbodenraum und einem Gemeinschaftsgarten.
Die Zimmer sind relativ gleich groß geschnitten und unsere Küche wird meist als Gemeinschaftsraum benutzt.
Das Badezimmer ist ausgestattet mit einer Badewanne und einer Duschabtrennung, durch die auch das Duschen
problemlos möglich ist.
Optional: Gegen eine kleine Ablöse kannst du meinem Mitbewohner seine Möbel abkaufen. Den Grundriss so wie weitere Fotos findest du oben.
Alle Kosten sind in den 395€ enthalten, dazu zählt die Warmmiete, Strom, Rundfunkgebühren & Telekom (120 Mbit/s)

Welcome to our shared apartment!
Our 62 sqm ground floor apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom, balcony, basement room, laundry room, attic space, and a shared garden.
The rooms are fairly equal in size, and our kitchen is often used as a common area. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a shower partition, making it easy to shower as well.
Optional: For a small compensation, you can buy my roommate's furniture. The floor plan and additional photos can be found above.
All costs are included in the €395 rent, which covers heating, electricity, broadcasting fees, and internet (120 Mbps from Telekom).
Die WG liegt unmittelbar an der Haupteinkaufsstraße von Oberhausen und bietet somit optimale Anbindungen an den ÖPNV sowie unmittelbare Nähe zu Supermärkten und Geschäften aller Art.
In direkter Nähe gibt es nur Parkplätze mit Parkschein/Anwohnerausweis oder Parkscheibe.
Der Oberhausen HBF ist in 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar oder eine Haltestelle mit einer der 12 Buslinien die bei uns vor der Tür halten erreichbar.

The apartment is located directly on the main shopping street of Oberhausen, offering excellent connections to public transportation and close proximity to supermarkets and all kinds of shops.
In the immediate vicinity, parking is available only with a parking ticket/resident permit or a parking disc.
Oberhausen Central Station is a 10-minute walk away or one stop with one of the 12 bus lines that stop right in front of the apartment.

I enjoy cycling, going to concerts/festivals, and traveling with friends. Occasionally, I try to hit the gym and always appreciate finding a new gym buddy.

I’m looking for a new tenant (M/F/D) for my roommate Marlon, who is moving out on February 1st, 2025.
