A newly renovated room is available to rent for girls/women. The room size is 20sq.m.The flat is on the 4th floor/one before top floor. The apartment has a separate entrance with a big gate. So, it is pretty secure and the house master lives in the building as well. So we can always contact him if there is any problem.
We are looking for someone for the long-term, at least a year.
The overall flat size is 60sq.m. The kitchen and washroom are also big and are more than enough for 2 people. The kitchen is fully furnished and the washroom (with shower) includes a washing machine. But your room is partially furnished with some shelves and wardrobe.
It's on the fourth floor and there is no elevator.
The flat is centrally located between Offenbach Hbf (8mins Walking distance) and Offenbach-Marktplatz-S-Bahn (4mins walking distance).
Though the location is central, the street of the apartment is quiet and peaceful. For a small walk, there is a park, 2mins away from the flat.
I will be your future flatmate. I have recently started working in Frankfurt and found this beautiful apartment at an affordable price. I am currently not living in the flat.
Renovation is currently undergoing, kitchen, washroom and rooms, everything will be renewed.
So I will be moving on August 1st itself. Myself, I am a very quiet girl, 26 years old. I like to read, play badminton, watch Netflix and would like to keep things clean. I recently moved to the Frankfurt area for my job and I do not have much friends here, so it would be rare, that someone is visiting me.
It is not a purpose-WG. But definitely I am open for a coffee or some talking. If you are interested we can do something together like cooking, etc.,. You can always knock on my door if there is anything to discuss, or something regarding WG-stuff.
We will then prepare a cleaning plan and see how things will go on.
I hope the future roommate is also a quiet person and sticks to the cleaning plan. Of course, now and then friends are welcome.

Gas, electricity, wifi, GEZ should be taken care of ourselves. So I will take care of it. My assumption for all of this would be 80€ per person per month. So the total rent would be 295+75€ (+-20€). Please include long-term in your message, if you have read this far.
Extra costs can be a bit more or less than my assumption. So please be aware of it. At the end of the year, we will do the Abrechnung, then we will know, whether we have to pay more or we will get some money back, if we save some gas/electricity.
As it's in renovation, I do not have great pictures. But I can send you some pictures if you ask.
