Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Die Altbau Wohnung ist frisch saniert und hat insgesamt 3 Zimmer im 3. OG. Das zu vermietende möblierte Zimmer ist 18 qm groß und Richtung Westen ausgerichtet. Im Zimmer selbst gibt es ein 90*200cm, einen Tisch zum Arbeiten sowie ein Regal.
The apartment has been freshly renovated and has a total of 3 rooms on the 3rd floor. The furnished room for rent is 18 square meters in size and faces west. In the room itself there is a table for working & eating as well as a shelf and clothes rail.
Die Lage ist im Zentrum von Offenbach. Es sind 7 Minuten zum Marktplatz zu Fuß sowie 2 Minuten zum Main. Am Main ist es schön zu spazieren oder auf den Flohmarkt am Samstag zu gehen. In der Nähe ist auch das Hafenviertel und in 10 Minuten bist du beim beliebten Wochenmarkt. Es gibt diverse Bushaltestellen in der Nähe vom Haus.
Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es einige in der Nähe, ob Tegut, Alnatura, Dm, Rewe, Lidl oder Penny, hier findest du überall etwas in deiner Nähe.
The location is in the center of Offenbach. It is a 7-minute walk to the market square and 2 minutes to the Main. It's nice to take a walk along the Main or go to the flea market on Saturdays. The harbor district is also nearby and you can reach the popular weekly market in 10 minutes. There are various bus stops close to the house.
There are also several shopping facilities nearby, whether Tegut, Alnatura, Dm, Rewe, Lidl or Penny, you will find something nearby.
Die EInzugs- und Auszugdaten sind flexibel. Wir haben hier eine gewisse Flexibilität und können dann gemeinsam schauen.
Das WG Leben ist in der Regel ruhig, da wir alle unter der Woche Arbeiten. Wir fahren meistens zur Arbeit. An wenigen Tagen gibt es auch Home Office. Ansonsten essen wir gerne mal was zusammen. Am Wochenende machen wir gerne Ausflüge oder besuchen Freunde in anderen Städten
Es wäre schön, wenn du dich in meiner Abwesenheit um unsere Pflanzen kümmern könntest :)
