Ich ziehe für meinen Master in eine andere Stadt und muss mich leider von dieser tollen Wohnung verabschieden. Du würdest in hier in zwei Zimmer von je 8 m² einziehen. Beide Zimmer haben Fenster nach Südosten und du bekommst so häufig schönes Licht. Eines hat Teppich- und das andere Holzboden.
Die Wohnung hat ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, das mit der Küche verbunden ist – perfekt, um zusammen zu essen, zu entspannen oder etwas zu schauen.
Es gibt auch einen kleinen Abstellraum für Reinigungsutensilien und Werkzeuge, einen Kellerraum für zusätzlichen Stauraum, einen Gemeinschaftsgarten für alle Wohnungen und einen Fahrradschuppen.

I’m moving to another city for my Master’s, so I’m sadly saying goodbye to this lovely flat. You would move into two rooms of 8 m² each. Both rooms have windows facing southeast, so you'll get plenty of nice light. One room has a carpeted floor and the other has a wooden floor.
The flat has a cosy living room connected to the kitchen, which is great for hanging out, eating, or watching something.
There’s also a little storage room for cleaning supplies and tools, a basement room for extra things, a shared garden for all the flats, and a bike shed.
Die Lage ist super: Wir liegen in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Mit dem Fahrrad bist du in fünf Minuten an der Universität, 7 Minuten an der Jade Hochschule und in zehn Minuten im Stadtzentrum (15 Minuten mit dem Bus). Supermärkte wie Combi und Denn’s sind in der Nähe. Das Naturschutzgebiet Haarenniederung ist auch ideal für Spaziergänge oder Joggingrunden.

The location is fantastic: We are located in a quiet side street. You’re five minutes away from the university by bike, 7 minutes from the Jade Hochschule, and in the city center in 10 minutes by bike or 15 by bus. Supermarkets like Combi and Denn’s are nearby. The Haarenniederung nature reserve is also lovely for walks or jogging.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr angenehm und familiär. Wir kochen gerne zusammen, spielen Brettspiele und führen nette Gespräche. Natürlich gibt es auch Raum für Privatsphäre, und Grenzen werden respektiert. Es gibt einen Putzplan, und jeder hat seinen Platz im Kühlschrank und für Lebensmittel.

Flat life is homely and nice. We enjoy cooking together, playing board games, and having good chats. Of course, there’s space for time alone, and boundaries are respected. There’s a cleaning plan, and everyone has their own space in the fridge and for food.

Die Miete beträgt aktuell 347,26 Euro, inklusive Strom, Heizung und Internet.
Da ich erst am 01.04. umziehen kann, möchte ich das Zimmer noch nicht zu Beginn des Aprils abgeben, aber wir können gerne über ein paar Tage früher sprechen, wenn das helfen sollte!
