Die Suche richtet sich an einen WG-mitbewohner. D.h. du würdest dir ein WG-Haus mit Mitbewohnern teilen. Das eigene Zimmer ist 25 m². Die Miete beträgt 340€ Warm inkl. aller Kosten (Wasser, Strom, Heizung, Rundfunkbeitrag, Internet). Die Kaution beträgt drei Monatsmieten also 680€. Das Zimmer befindet sich im 1. Etage. Auf derselben Etage befindet sich das Zimmer eines weiteren WG-Mitbewohners die Küche (die von allen 9 WG-Mitbewohnern genutzt wird), eine Toilette (von den 3 Bewohnern dieser Etage genutzt) und ein Bad mit Dusche (von den 3 Bewohnern dieser Etage genutzt). In der zweiten Etage gibt es einen kleinen Gemeinschaftsraum der genutzt werden kann.

On the same floor is the room of another flatmate, the kitchen (used by all 9 flatmates), a toilet (used by the 3 people on this floor) and a bath with a shower (used also by the 3 people). On the second floor is a small usable common room.

Die WG besteht hauptsächlich aus Studenten/Doktoranten aus Asien. Momentan sind 8 Personen aus Bangladesch (3 Frauen, 1 Baby, 4 Männer) . Alle sind sehr umgänglich und gastfreundlich.
Der Vermieter wohnt direkt nebenan und ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
Most of the flatmates are students/PhD from Asia. At the moment 8 persons are from Bangladesh (3 women, 1 baby, 4 men) Everyone is nice and the hospitality is great.
The landlord is well know and lives nearby and can help with a lot of things. He invites often to partys in the summer or on christmas.
