The room is available for both long-term and short-term rental for students based in Passau *only*, with availability starting in November.
The room is the largest in the shared apartment at 18 square meters and has its own private balcony (8 square meters). It is very bright through the balcony door. The apartment has a kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The room is handed over unfurnished except for the bed and the closet for a small fee. The balcony is quiet because it looks out onto the courtyard and you get a lot of sun because of the south-facing position.
Location
For shopping, Penny is a two-minute walk away. There is also a Rewe within walking distance and an Aldi just around the corner. It takes 6 minutes to get to the university by bus or 7 minutes by bike. The bus stop is right outside the front door.
Flatshare Type
The shared apartment currently consists of international students. It is a purpose-built shared apartment, but people help each other and meet up in the kitchen from time to time to talk.
Miscellaneous
There is a transfer fee of €60, as the bed and wardrobe are handed over with the room.
