I am looking for a new tenant for my cozy room in a shared flat starting in April.
The room is approx. 22m2 and on the third floor. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen(including fridge, freezer, microwave,stove and oven), a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, a storage room, and a cozy living room for relaxing or hosting guests.
All costs are included in the rent (internet, utilities, etc.).
In the room, there is a desk, two shelves, a closet, a bed with a mattress, a couch, and a chair, which I would like to leave in the flat and we can discuss the price of the furniture :)
Location
The bus stop is right outside the front door, and from there you can reach the central bus station within 3 minutes. By bike, you can be in the city and at the university in about 5-10 minutes, and on foot you don't need more than 15 minutes. As Passau is very compact, you can be anywhere quickly anyway.
There is a small pub, restaurant, and a bakery right outside the front door. Supermarkets and other important things can be found in and out of town in 5-10 minutes by bike or on foot (by bus even shorter). There is a covered bicycle parking space directly behind the house.
