Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock Werk. Wohnzimmer und Küche sind ein großer Raum, von dem aus man in die anderen Räume kommt. Toilette und Bad (also mit Badewannen-Dusche) sind typisch Ungarisch 2 getrennte Räume. Ansonsten gibt nich das zu vermietene Zimmer und meins.
Die Wohnung ist in einem Gebäude mit mehreren andern Wohnungen drin. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Gemeinschaftsgarten mit Rutsche und Schaukel.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und spricht gut Deutsch.
Die Lage ist ziemlich gut man braucht ca. 5-10 min. zu Fuß bis zur Uni und ca. 20 min. mit dem Fahrrad in die Innenstadt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist ca. 5 min. zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt auch mehrere Supermärkte in der nähe.
Ich studiere an der Universität Pécs im 2. Jahr Medizin.
Ich bin sehr offen und Koche gerne mit anderen. Ich lese gerne Bücher und lerne auch gerne zusammen.
Wir haben auch eine Klimanlage. Die gerade im Sommer hier wirklich nützlich ist.
