Ich ziehe aus meinem WG-Zimmer in Pfullingen aus und suche ab sofort einen Nachmieter. Das Zimmer ist ca. 18qm groß und hat 2 Fenster mit Jalousien - für Sonne und einen Blick in den Garten ist also gesorgt. Das Zimmer ist angenehm ruhig.
Ich würde die Möbel gerne gegen eine Abschlagssumme von 300 Euro verkaufen, sodass sie in der Wohnung bleiben können. Zu den Möbeln gehören ein großer Kleiderschrank, ein Doppelbett, ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und ein kleines Regal.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist in ca. 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Eine gute Verbindung zur Hochschule Reutlingen oder Hugo Boss in Metzingen ist garantiert.
Als beste Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe gibt es einen Kaufland, zu dem man zu Fuß höchstens 10 Minuten braucht.
Eine Pizzeria, ein Asiate und eine Tankstelle sind ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten entfernt.
Zum WG-Leben kann ich keine Angaben machen, da ich davon ausgehe, dass sich die Personenkonstellation bald neu zusammensetzt.
