First things first...the room:
-9m^2

-amazing view over lake and valley
-bed, cupboard, desk and chair available
-wifi
The house with own garden is located up the hill in the charming village Postmünster (2km from Pfarrkirchen).
We do have a stunnishing view over the beautiful Rottal-Inn and the Rottauen-Lake - out the kitchen =)
There are many activities you can do here...such as playing Minigolf (100m), have a nice walk around the lake (200m), do sports like football, beach volley ball etc. (100m)...you can even learn how to fly a glider plane (2km)!!
By bike ( got one if needed) you can get to the Europen Campus, Shops (Aldi, Lidl, Real etc.) and town centre Pfarrkirchen within 15min, by car within 8min. Once you're there, you wanna make sure to check out all of the nice cafés and gelato places!
Good spot to socialise with other students is the student's bar 'Cookies'!
On the way back you can take a refreshing break in Pfarrkirchen's swimming pool (1€ entrance fee for students!)
I am 29yo german dude from Munich.

Having a cold beer and a BBQ in our garden and watch the amazing sun set!!
