In unserer gemütlichen und geräumigen Kreativ-WG (wir 2 arbeiten in der Medien/Film/Musik-Branche) suchen wir ab Januar bis Ende April für 4 Monate befristet (!) eine*n Zwischenmieter*in.
Die WG hat ein großes gemeinschaftlich genutztes Wohnzimmer mit 2 Couches, Fernseher und einem großen Esstisch, ein großes Bad und ein kleines Gäste-WC. In der Küche darf ggf. geraucht werden.

In our cozy and spacious creative flat share (we work in the media/film/music industry) we are looking for an interim tenant from January until the end of April for a limited period of 4 months (!).
The flat share has a large shared living room with 2 couches, TV and a large dining table, a large bathroom and a small guest toilet. Smoking is allowed in the kitchen.

In nächster Nähe liegt die Brandenburger Vorstadt, der Schlosspark Sanssouci, die Havel und unmittelbare Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Kaufland/Lidl).

The shared flat is located opposite the “Bahnhof Charlottenhof” S-Bahn and regional train stop and is ideally and directly connected to Potsdam city center and Berlin - making it perfect as an interim solution or for commuters to Berlin. The Brandenburger Vorstadt, Sanssouci Palace Park, the Havel river and shopping facilities (Kaufland/Lidl) are all nearby.
Die WG ist weltoffen, queerfreundlich, rücksichtsvoll und das Zusammenleben ein harmonischer & kreativer Austausch. Wir haben oft Gäste, veranstalten gelegentlich auch kleine Partys, arbeiten aber auch viel zu Hause und suchen hier eine gute Balance zwischen Sozialleben und Ruhe.
