Hallo! Ich biete hier ein schönes Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete von Juni/Juli bis ca. 31. August (auch kürzer möglich)
Das Zimmer ist hell, es gibt ein Bett, einen Schreibtisch und Abstellflächen. Ein großer Kleiderschrank zur Mitbenutzung ist im Flur.
Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, gleich gegenüber gibt es einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen, Lidl und Albert sind auch nicht weit weg.
Außerdem: kleine Küche, ein Bad und ein WC extra. Der Flur
dient auch als Essraum (siehe Bild 3). Miete komplett 400 Euro /10.000 CZK pro Monat.
Die Wohnung liegt in Vršovice gleich beim Park Grébovka und nahe dem Bohemians-Stadion.
Im Stadtzentrum ist man mit der Trambahn (6,22) in ca. 15 Minuten (Haltestellen Nádraži Vršovice
oder Vršovické náměstí).
Ich (weiblich, berufstätig, 41) bin ziemlich viel unterwegs
und vermiete daher kurzfristig unter. Wenn ich da bin, bewohne ich das zweite Zimmer in der Wohnung. Das Zusammenleben würde ich als freundlich gesinnte Zweck-WG beschreiben : )
Bei Interesse einfach melden, am besten wir sprechen uns dann mal persönlich
und schauen in einem Videocall, ob es passt.
