- Das Haus ist sehr ruhig = kein geeigneter Platz fuer grosse Parties

"I was the last person renting this room (leaving in August 2017) and I've been asked to leave a comment by the landlord about my experience here so far.

- The room I rent is spacious for one person, with ample storage and space for your belongings.

- The room is light and well-furnished (items from an iron to cutlery and plates are provided - even wine glasses). Also, the room is heated well.

- The flat itself is ideal for those working around the centre of Prague, say Muzeum, because of its proximity by tram (15 minutes or so).

- The bathroom and kitchen are divided between the two people who rent it in a nice and easy system by colour (blue is my colour). The kitchen has what you would expect in terms of a hotplate, sink, kettle, table and a decently sized-fridge (also divided by colour). There's no oven though, so I recommend bring a slow-cooker or something similar :)

- There is also a washing machine, of course, which is quick and reliable!

- The bathroom has a shower and isn't huge, but it's new in its features and absolutely fine for all intents and purposes.

- Bills are included, the landlord is friendly and has a good command of English and so far I've enjoyed my stay (since the end of January) and this flat generally with no problems encountered! :)

"Die Lage der Wohung ist sehr gut, eine Tram-Haltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür.
Alles ist sehr schön eingerichtet und frisch renoviert. Auch in der Küche ist alles was man braucht, es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine. Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich, hell und sehr geräumig. Die Vermieterin Milena ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit."

"This apartment is super for young students because the price is not expensive for a big room, a full equiped kitchen and a bathroom. The neighborhood is also really quiet.
Moreover, it is located next to the tram station, and some shops!
