- perfect public transport - 5 min walking to the metro C, stop Roztyly
- There are 7 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with WC, one separe WC, a spacious kitchen and a sitting corner
- very pieceful area - surrounded by parks
- you can use a terasse and a garden, 2 rooms have a private balcony
- Ideal for somebody who comes to Praha by car - you can park in the garden
- you could take your bike as well
Payments:
• Rent and deposit up to the lenght of the agreement
• Rent: 16 000 CZK / short term
• Rent: 14 000 CZK/ long term view, annual contract
+ 250 CZK for cleaning means (cleaning lady + WC papers ...)

1. Das Wochenende in Prag war mal wieder super! Die Unterkunft von Milena war schnell mit der Metro zu erreichen. Das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber und der Garten ist traumhaft im Sommer! Vielen Dank für die nette Gastfreundschaft und bis zum nächsten Mal!
2. Villa Liana is the perfect for a long term stay in Prague. There you'll get all the facilities as if you were at home. The house is well furnished and has all the facilities necessary. As for the location, it is a super safe place in a family neighbourhood. It's a little out of the city, so you can get away from the rush and be on a calm place. It has a metro station nearby and buses stopping close to the house. Milena was a very friendly host. She was accessible all the time and easy to reach (by message,,..). I arrived late to Prague (1 a.m.) and she was totally available to receive me in the house at that time.
3. My staying here was incredible. Milena is a nice person and her hospitality is marvellous. I recommend this house to everybody who is planning to visit Prague. The house is clean and has a lot of facilities. There is a yard with a beautiful garden- a good place to stay and relax. The neighborhood is quite quiet.
4. 房间干净、整洁,比图片中显得更新、更明亮。房间很大 床也很舒服,住了5天非常舒服。还有花园,可以坐在花园里喝茶。离地铁站走路5分钟,很方便,这样的价格物超所值了。房主很nice 提供很多帮助,还让我寄存行李。 It's a super cool house! Only 5 mints walk to subway station. Every night I came back late, but I can take subway easily! The neighborhood is super save! The house is spacious and bright, which looks better than pictures! Really good price for this clean , tidy house! There is a garden, where I can have breakfast and drink tea! Melina is very nice and helpful, she agreed me to store luggage until 19:00. Thank u very much, it's a great time to stay in ur house. Highly recommended!
