The apartment has three furnished shared rooms (31 sqm €400, 20 sqm €340 and 16 sqm €280), all of which are currently being rented out to students, interns or professionals, preferably with an international background. It is possible to set up a shared apartment. The apartment has a fitted kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a storage room for shared use. A washing machine and dryer can be used. A 14-day cleaning of the common rooms can be offered on request.
