Meine 13jährige Tochter und ich wohnen in einer wunderschönen, hellen, ruhigen 3 Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon und Garten. In Rheinstetten-Forchheim. Die S-Bahn ist 2 Minuten entfernt und braucht 20min bis nach Karlsruhe Stadtmitte und sie fährt regelmäßig. Die Vermietung ist unbefristet, wir machen eine Probezeit von 3 Monaten.
Wir haben ein großes, möbiliertes Zimmer zu vermieten, schön hell und ruhig gelegen. Küche und Bad kann mitgenutzt werden. Ich selbst habe viel im Ausland gelebt und in WGs gewohnt und meine Tochter und ich brauchen das Wohnzimmer so gut wie nicht und heißen gerne jemanden willkommen, der tagsüber arbeiten geht oder studiert, nicht raucht und freundlich ist. Gerne Menschen, die ein Praktikum machen, oder Arbeitnehmer die ein Projekt leiten, aber keine Lust mehr auf Hotel oder Pendeln haben?
Das Zimmer kann möbiliert vermietet werden. Folgende Möbel sind vorhanden: EIn Schlafsofa, ein Kleiderschrank und ein kleines Regal und ein Schreibtisch und Stuhl.

My daughter and I welcome any working person or student who are in Germnay working or studying. The appartment has 3 sleeping rooms, kitchen, bathroom, balkony and garden. You are welcome to stay with us if you dont smoke and are a friendly person. No parties. The room is furmished and you are welcome to stay unlimited. There is a check time of three months. I travelled the world and worked abroad a few years and stayed with flatmates a lot. We dont really need the 3rd room and you are welcome to stay. If any quenstions, please ask. I am having my own bussiness in bodytherapy and my daughter attends highschool.
