Hi! We are looking for a new flat mate (boy or girl) to move into our wonderful apartment on Jekabpils iela 4 for January 2025.
The apartment is very spacious, with approximately 96.5 m^2 in total. It includes 3 furnished bedrooms, a big bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, a small guest bathroom, a big kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven and everything else you might need, also a big living room. The building is 4 floors, and the apartment is in the last one.
The nearest bus stop is only 5 minutes away and it is 1 stop away from the central station (Centrala stacija), where Origo shopping mall is located. At the central station you can get the majority of the buses, and its 9 min walk away from old town, nearest shops, gym and the train station. The shopping possibilities are also perfect, with the nearest shop just down the street (Maxima). Bigger shops like Lidl are only 8-9 min walk away.
You would be living with 2 other guys from Colombia (Mateo, 22 yo), studying BA at LU and Portugal (Matias, 25 yo), studying medicine at RSU. We like to play football, other sports, and spend time together, but of course we respect each other’s privacy too. 😊
Rent info: The rent is approximately around 260€ approx. + 60-90€ in utilities (per person). Internet is 12.63 EUR per month which we divide by the tenants.
We are looking for someone willing to move in January. We are flexible regarding the length of the stay, but we would prefer someone who will stay at least 6 months.
