Hello! We are looking for a new roommate for our spacious and friendly WG in Rohrmoos! We are a 15 minute walk from the Rohrmoos Sbahn station (S2). We also have our own driveway with space for your vehicle.
The available (unfurnished) room is 16.5 m2 and costs 626 euro warm. The deposit is 1631 euros.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and laundry room with washing machine. Your room shares a floor and bathroom with one male roommate.
About your roommates: all of us (3
Female, 22-31, 1 Male 23) are either studying or working (or both). We like to spend time together in the evenings sharing a meal or watching TV (when schedules allow). You would of course be welcome to join these activities, but you are absolutely entitled to your space and can socialize or not as much or little as you like.
We speak primarily English at home. We are immigrant, LGBTQ+, and neurodivergent friendly.
We are located in the beautiful village of Rohrmoos. The Sbahn station (S2) is a 15 minute walk. There is a Rewe near the station, as well as two banks and an Apotheke. We often arrange group trips to the supermarket with the car.
We are a friendly and social WG and like to spend time with each other when schedules align. However, as we all work/study, there are often times when no one is home, so we are not on top of each other all of the time. Rooms our sacred spaces--no one will bother you there--but if you feel like hanging out in the living room or back garden, that is usually a possibility.
