Das Zimmer, in dem du leben wirst, ist ein kleines, aber gemütliches 13 Quadratmeter-Zimmer zum Innenhof raus. Daher ist es wirklich ruhig gelegen. Ansonsten hat die WG noch zwei weitere, grössere Zimmer, in denen deine beiden Mitbewohnerinnen leben. Küche und Bad sind beide relativ schmal, aber es reicht vollkommen!
Der angegebene Mietpreis ist die monatliche Warmmiete (enthält alle Nebenkosten).
The room you will live in is a small but cozy 13 square meter room out of the courtyard. Therefore, it is really quiet. Otherwise, the shared flat has two more, larger rooms where your two roommates live. Kitchen and bathroom are both relatively narrow, but it's enough!
The stated rental price is the monthly warm rent (includes all additional costs).
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen des Studierenden-Viertel KTV. Hier gibt es jede Menge Bars, der nächste Supermarkt, Tedi und auch eine Apotheke sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Auch wimmelt es nur so vor Lieferdiensten und anderen Essensmöglichkeiten wie auch Cafés in der Gegend. Auch nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt liegt der Ulmencampus und die Mensa Ulme. Die Tram erreichst du auch in 10 Minuten und die S-Bahn Parkstraße ebenso.
The apartment is located in the heart of the student distrel KTV. There are plenty of bars here, the nearest supermarket, Tedi and also a pharmacy are just a few minutes' walk away. It is also teeming with delivery services and other food options as well as cafés in the area. The Ulmencampus and the Mensa Ulme are also just a 10-minute walk away. You can also reach the tram in 10 minutes and the S-Bahn Parkstraße as well.
Deine beiden Mitbewohnerinnen heißen Isabel und Amelle.
Isabel ist 21 Jahre alt und studiert Medizin im 5. Semester. Sie ist eine energetische Frohnatur, die gerne backt, kocht, mit Freund*innen ausgeht oder auch einfach mal für einen gemütlichen Spiele-Abend zu haben ist.
Amelle ist 18 und noch ganz frisch in der WG. Sie macht eine Ausbildung zur Destillateurin und ist deswegen entweder auf Arbeit oder schläft. Einen wirklichen Wochenrythmus hat die Gute leider nicht, da ihre Schichten eher tagesweise sind.
Wir haben einen Putzplan, bei dem jede Woche jemand anderes dran ist, die Gemeinschaftsräume auf Trab zu bringen. Auch ansonsten würde ich sagen, sind wir eine recht ordentliche WG. Jeder hat sein Fach im Kühlschrank und im Bad und Sachen, die wir gemeinschaftlich benutzen, werden einfach von dem gekauft, der gerade dran denkt. Es ist alles also ganz entspannt, aber doch auch wirklich vernünftig :)
Wie du merkst, sind wir insgesamt ein liebevoller Haufen und die beiden würden sich über jemand Dritten freuen, der die WG bereichert, in der Zeit, in der ich im Ausland bin.
Your two roommates are called Isabel and Amelle.
Isabel is 21 years old and studies medicine in the 5th. Semester. She is an energetic cheerful person who likes to bake, cook, go out with friends or is simply available for a cozy game evening.
Amelle is 18 and still very fresh in the shared flat. She is training as a distiller and is therefore either at work or asleep. Unfortunately, she does not have a real weekly rhythm, as her shifts are rather on a daily basis.
We have a cleaning plan where every week someone else is on the move to get the common areas clean. Otherwise, I would say that we are a pretty decent shared flat. Everyone has their compartment in the fridge and bathroom and things that we use together are simply bought by the one who is thinking about it. So everything is quite relaxed, but also really reasonable :)
As you can see, we are a loving bunch overall and the two would be happy about someone third to enrich the shared flat during the time I am abroad.
