Subrenting my beatuiful room in Kralingen from July to December. You will be sharing the apartment with 3 other girls (who will also be new since one flatmate is also subrenting her room and 2 of my current flatmates are finishing their studies).

..on the top of the apartment meaning you have a nice workout until you reach the room but you will be rewarded with a stunning view :)

The price is 560 EUR including everything(also Internet).
I have seen quite a lot of rooms in Rotterdam so far and I honestly think that the money is definitely worth it. The apartment is in a very good condition and the landlords are very helpful and fix everything immediately. I absolutely love my room and thus, are looking for a reliable subtenant who will take care of it whilst I am on exchange.
