Hello future Flatmate and Welcome to out Flat!
We, (Majid, Waldemar and Rollo) are looking for a new resident of our humble home.
Living here is like having a new family, we are good hearted, kind and open for any new adventure!
We believe that anything can be achieved with honesty and trust. Everything in our Flat is build on this simple rule: As long as we got eachother everything is possible!
So here is what we are looking for:

There is a bus station within 2 minutes walking distance, by which you can directly reach the university and city center.
Also, the s-bahn station (Ludwigsstraße) is in 5 minutes walking distance.
The main train station is ~15 minutes away by foot and ~5 minutes away by bus.
There is a Netto shop on the other side of the street from which you can buy groceries conveniently.
Just in case you have a car, there will be a parking lot available to you in the private backyard. There is also a gas station in the neighborhood. The gas station also has a 24/7 grocery store. 🤩🤩
You can live your own way in the flat as long as it doesn’t harm others. 🥸
But if you want to know about the current situation, most of the times we are not busy with our studies/work, we enjoy spending time together in the kitchen, hanging out, cooking, or drinking.
Since everything in this flat is built upon trust, we don’t have a strict cleaning plan. Currently, everyone knows himself responsible and cleans the kitchen after they cook. We also clean the flat thoroughly together on weekends. Everyone empties the trash cans, loads/unloads the dishwasher, etc. when it’s necessary.
