Zimmer zur Untermiete oder unbefristeten Anmietung verfügbar. Eine Anmeldung bei der Stadt ist nur bei dauerhafter Anmietung möglich.
Die Untermiete ist bis Ende Mai möglich. Die monatliche Miete beträgt 300 Euro.
Das Zimmer kann auf Wunsch ab dem 1. April dauerhaft übernommen werden. Die monatliche Miete für einen unbefristeten Vertrag beträgt 420 Euro zuzüglich einer Kaution von 960 Euro.
Die Wohnung ist 5 Gehminuten von der nächstgelegenen Bushaltestelle entfernt. Die Universität ist mit dem Bus in 12 Minuten und die Innenstadt in 25 Minuten erreichbar.
Die anderen WG-Mitglieder sind grundsätzlich freundlich, aber jeder zieht es vor, unter sich zu bleiben. Trotzdem kann man gerne in der Küche oder in einem anderen Zimmer eine Tasse Tee trinken. Wir bemühen uns, die Gemeinschaftsküche nach dem Kochen sauber zu halten und haben einen Reinigungsplan, an den man sich halten sollte.
Meinen Minikühlschrank stelle ich dir gerne zur Verfügung.
Bei Fragen oder für einen Besichtigungstermin stehe ich Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung. Gerne vereinbare ich auch Online-Besichtigungen.

Room available for sublet or permanent contract. City registration is only possible if you take the room permanently.
The sublet is available till the end of May. The rent for the sublet is 300 euros per month.
The room can be taken over permanently from April 1st if you want. The rent for a permanent contract would be 420 euros per month with a deposit of 960 euros.
The place is a 5 minute walk away from the closet bus stop. University can be reached in 12 minutes by bus and city center can be reached in 25 minutes by bus.
The other members of the flat are generally friendly, but everyone prefers to keep to themselves. That being said, you can hang out in the kitchen or in someone's room for a cup of tea. We try our best to keep the shared kitchen clean for the next person after cooking, and we have a cleaning schedule that you'd be expected to follow.
I'll leave my mini fridge behind for you to use.
