You get 1 furnished room with attached bath and a kitchen.
Warm Rent is 252 Euros per month and includes all the utilities and the internet as well so no extra charges other than the monthly rent.
Room has a bed, work table, chair, 2 cabinets for clothing and other books and stuff, 1 small bed side table.
Room is available for sublet from 18 of February to 8 of April and the total cost for this duration is 420 euros(50 Days).
200 Euros deposit which will be returned when you will hand over the room back to me.

WG-Zimmer in 2-Personen-Wohnung im Studentenwohnheim Guckelsberg der Universität des Saarlandes.
Sie erhalten 1 möbliertes Zimmer mit angeschlossenem Bad und Küche.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 252 Euro pro Monat und beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten sowie das Internet, also keine zusätzlichen Kosten außer der monatlichen Miete.
Das Zimmer hat ein Bett, einen Arbeitstisch, einen Stuhl, 2 Schränke für Kleidung und andere Bücher und Sachen, 1 kleinen Nachttisch.
Das Zimmer ist vom 18. Februar bis 8. April zur Untermiete verfügbar und die Gesamtkosten für diesen Zeitraum betragen 420 Euro (50 Tage).
200 Euro Kaution, die zurückerstattet wird, wenn Sie mir das Zimmer zurückgeben.
3 closest bus stops are Herman Lons Strasse, Liesbet Dill Strasse and Guckelsbern and I almost always take Herman Lons Strasse which is like 5 mins walk. Guckelsberg is 10 min walk downhill and Liesbet is the closet bus stop like 2-3 mins walk but the bus connection are limited here.
Other shared Room tenant is Bachelors Informatik student in 6th semester.
